Delivery and Shipping options

Free shipping on orders over $150

Our delivery partner is Sendle. They run as a 100% carbon neutral delivery service. 

Express shipping delivery time: 1-2 business days within metro areas. 

Standard delivery time: 3-5 business days within metro areas.  

International Shipping delivery time: 4-15 business days.

*Arcadia Collection ships on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis and does not cover any customs, duties or taxes applied to orders. These additional costs are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are at the receivers expense. For further information regarding payable customs, duties or taxes please check with your relevant customs authority.  

Direct to Customer

Please note that RJ Pots deliver direct to customer through Australia Post. The sale is facilitated through but will be sent directly from this brand and will be delivered separately.

Our standard returns and exchanges policy apply to RJ Pots.

Returns, exchanges, refunds and credit vouchers

The following policy relates to full price product.

Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags remaining in place within 14 days of receipt of order.

If garment does not fit you can exchange for another size or item to the value of original item.

When your order is processed you will receive an email with tax invoice and returns slip. Please fill in document and send to within 14 days of receipt of order so that we are aware of return. You will receive an acknowledgement email, once this email has been received please return item/s within 7 days. 

Arcadia Collection will review the item/s returned and if they meet the conditions of our returns policy your return will be approved and processed. Returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures can not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. 

We recommend using a registered and trackable method of return shipment and can not process or accept liability for returns that are lost or damaged via return delivery. 

Customers can opt for store credit to the value of the returned item/s, this excludes shipping costs. Credit notes will be sent via email and are to be redeemed within 12 months from issue date.

Please be aware that refunds are processed in the original currency of the order to the original method of payment, excluding any shipping costs or additional charges, including customs, duties or sales taxes. Any conversion loss will not be covered within the refund process. 

Sale Items

The sale of reduced sale items is final. We are unable to offer any returns, exchanges or credit vouchers on sale items.  

Faulty and Damaged Goods

For all faulty or damaged items, please email so that we can arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced. Please also include a photo of the issue so our team can assist in resolving the matter as quickly as possible. 

Faulty or damaged items will need to be returned in an otherwise original condition. Once we have received the item we will assess the fault and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund inclusive of shipping costs will be issued. 

Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, incorrect use or incorrectly washed, are not considered to be faulty or damaged. Please refer to our product care page for information on caring for specialty fabrics.
